'Great and clean.. perfect location '

'A very basic hard floor room, clean and functional enough for a no frills sleep space. Drainage is slow with bath and sink. Though staff helped to get WiFi connected with my phone, the WiGi was weak and, frankly, useless. '

'Elevators don’t work most of the time. Property seemed run down. Room TVs are not good. '

'Parking is very convenience. Staff personnel are available anytime. Shuttle van is available until 4pm. Recommend to extent hours of shuttle bus services. My doctor’s appt at MD Anderson Cancer Center ended at 5pm. I have to book thru Uber going back to the Inn. Shuttle van driver is friendly & helpful.'

'The room was set up much different than other hotels. The shower was open to the room with your bed, there were no side tables next to the bed, no lamps, no plugs or clock. The sink did not drain, the faucet leaked. When I told the staff, they just said ok. The bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were flat, and the room smelled like weed or a strange smell. There was not a blow dryer either.'

'Room was nice and clean including the sheets, they had all the amenities. I would stay here again.'

'I found the bathroom to be quite surprising. I noticed that the solid door had been replaced with a glass one. My 10-year-old son almost bumped into it, which was a bit concerning. Also, the transparent glass allows you to see inside the bathroom, which might not be ideal for all guests. I believe these aspects could be improved to make the experience more comfortable for families.'
