'My friend and I had a great stay for a night. She left her silky, blue pillow there and the front desk said they couldn't get it but had a website for her to try and find it. We spent hours trying to see if we could get it back to no avail. She lives in KC and was hoping to drive back and get it.'

'My family and I stayed here following a Chiefs game. It is a small hotel and is currently under construction. The place was very clean. The lobby was nice and decorated really cute for the holidays. They have a small but mighty selection of food and drinks. It was probably the best hotel shower I’ve ever had. The bed was extremely comfortable. Our room had the most fantastic view straight to downtown Kansas City and it really looked beautiful this time of year. The staff was friendly and helpful...

When I called earlier, to tell them that we might not check in until 8-9 pm, he answered the phone “Hello?” No identification. He said, “That will be fine,” and then hung up. '
