'First we checked in around 2:30pm, went to the room to put our luggage down and went out to have lunch. Came back to the room around 3:30, lay down at the bed then around 5pm I had a hotbath, my husband trying to fix the tv sound. Turned out that the tv have no sound, they suggested we move to different room. Since our flight is early we told them not to bother. After hotbath, we are preparing for bed, I stepped on a popcorn debris, I looked around and the floor is full of popcorn debris, an...

'The facility was decent-looking, but the "snack bar" seemed never to be open, and I saw only one employee at the desk at a time, and on two occasions I found a sign on the front desk saying "I'll be back soon."
I was there for a 2-day class at the university hospital and could walk there from the hotel, which was definitely convenient. For the price, and the "reputation" (even on Expedia reviews) the experience was rather blah.'

'The room is huge and clean, I love that it has a separate living room. Their hot breakfast is the main reason I keep staying here!!
However, my first night i discovered there's no way to control the temperature, it was in the 50s and freezing (the front desk explained that their system is old and needs to be switched over to heat which hadn't happened yet). So bring a space heater and thermal clothing.
The TV stopped working the first night, the person that came to fix it said it was because...

'Het hotel is perfect alleen de ligging is iets minder prettig. De wijk waar het hotel aan grenst heeft een slechte naam en dat zie je terug. Er stonden duidelijk mensen te handelen in het een of ander im de bushalte voor het hotel. Het hotel zelf heeft camera's en beveiliging dus ik voelde me absoluut niet onveilig. Echter is het wel jammer.'
