'The location was really the only bummer about this hotel. As I single woman, i was advised it probably wasn't safe to walk into downtown, so spent extra $$ to shuttle into town and trek around. Otherwise, the staff was exceptional and the decor fun and funcky.'

'Wanted to check in early so I called a month in advance and was told to call back the day before the booking, I called the day before the booking and was put onto hold for 20 minutes and then somebody hanged on me twice in a row, decided to call IHG to figure out what is happening and the hotel hanged up on them, got to the hotel super early and saw people check in early then coming back to say the room was dirty and wasn’t cleaned, I also saw one of the receptionist put people calling on hold...
