'★★★★★ Amazing stay – thank you Kyle!
We’ve stayed in many places, but never experienced such a kind and welcoming receptionist as Kyle. He gave us an unexpected upgrade and made us feel truly valued.
The room was spotless, the view was breathtaking, and the entire stay was perfect thanks to him. Kyle, you made our visit unforgettable, we’ll definitely be coming back because of you. Thank you!'

Other staff like the maid service and lady at the desk were nicer and more helpful. They did have to refill the pool towels, like usual when we've stayed before. The toilet seat and shower head in the bathroom needs upgrading, but the room was fine besides those things. I do hope that there are cameras in the pool, hot tub, and splash pad area for insurance...

'The oceanfront views were absolutely spectacular and easily one of the highlights of our stay! The bed and linens were incredibly comfortable, and the food was delicious.
There were a few areas that could use improvement. The shower/tub combination was difficult to get in and out of, and the shower itself was disappointing. The living room also felt a bit dark and could benefit from better lighting. Additionally, odors from neighboring rooms were occasionally quite overpowering, although I...

'Great location. Restaurant next door is convenient. Rooms and hotel are very industrial looking. Our room had the bathroom sink in the hallway when you came into the room. Safe in room nice feature. Nice balcony, beautiful view. Smell of marijuana coming from the restaurant workers outside below was HUGE turn off.'
