'Wonderful boutique hotel in a premiere location - just a few minutes walk from the bridges of Ortigia, the Temple of Apollo, and the large outdoor market. The staff is incredible. Francesca arranged car pick-ups, gave us maps of the island and suggestions on what to visit, and walked with us to the box office so we could use her resident discount to buy tickets for a Greek play at the amphitheater! She, along with all her colleagues, were incredibly warm and hospitable. We were sad to say...
