'Carpets need to replaced! Sheets are a little small for the bed they wouldn’t stay on the bed! The food in the bar was excellent! Not a lot of choices for Breakfast but the Breakfast pizza was very good! Overall a Good place to stay! The pool was fun and the staff were very nice! We will stay here again! We Love the fact that this hotel has a Bar and Restaurant there! Not a lot of hotels Do! And it was a Good Price for the night!'

'The Hotel is absolutely Gorgeous.The staff is extremely friendly and helpful especially Zach at the fro t desk. Have us wonder restaurant options with a free shuttle ride too and back if we didn’t want to walk. We were in town for a concert at Wells Fargo Arena and got a complimentary shuttle saving us an Uber ride. Zach is right Best Martinis in Des Moines ( he dared us to proof him wrong- we couldn’t ) Small Hotel (51 rooms) in Downtown Des Moines is 5 🌟'

'The front staff gentleman was very nice and helpful. It appears to be an older building but they have tried to make it look very nice. The facilities worked great, ie.. air conditioner, shower, toilet and so on, sheets and towels appeared clean. Overall it just looked like it needed alittle more glue for baseboards and paint touch ups.'

'The hotel was a little dated, the bed was worn down a bit needed to be replaced. Overall l just an aged room that needs updating. The thermostat was terrible. Couldn't get the fan to shut off without turning the temp up. Breakfast was missing eggs but had everything sugary and carb loaded. Wish there was more healthy options. '

'Simply amazing! We have traveled to many place but this, hands down, is the BEST ever! Michelle checked us in and showed us all the wonderful amenities rhis hotel offered. Again, BEST stay ever. Oir room was spacious, clean, and had the most beautiful vire of their lake. '

'We were greeted by professional staff. They allowed us check in early, Gave us multiple keys and brought us towels whenever we needed them.The rooms were nice and very clean. We had a patios with chairs overlooking the pool. The workout room was amazing and the kids loved playing ping-pong. The shower pressure was too strong and we wished our kids could get into the game room, but it was for 18 and older. Other than that would highly recommend this hotel. '
