'Very clean and modern suite room. Free full breakfast and free Mon-Wed cocktail hour with hot food. Rooms were very quiet and blackout shades were excellent. Five minutes walking distance away from downtown dining district and sports locations. Full-sized refrigerator and even had dishwasher, stovetop, cooking implements and dinner setting for four.'

Loved the high ceilings and tall headboard. Just a great ambiance, dark wood finishes. Only thing that didn’t mesh with the vibe was the tub/shower combination. Just seemed outdated for the rest of the room and bathroom. Otherwise, fantastic place to stay! '

'Overgeprijst hotel. Des Moines downtown stelt niets voor. Straten zijn na 18.00 uitgestorven.
Voor wat betreft de services die je krijgt ligt de prijs van dit hotel 25% te hoog. Persoonlijke ervaring: mijn boeking was inclusief ontbijt, op de eindafrekening stond toch het ontbijt afgerekend. Tot op dit moment geen reactie hierop gekregen van het hotel.
Zou er niet meer naar toe gaan. Tip: probeer een hotel in West Demoins te vinden. Meer levendigheid en met auto is centrum makkelijk binnen 15...

'The staff is wonderful. We had car trouble and got stuck while waiting for it to be repaired. Dan, who was managing the front desk, was extremely considerate and helped me and my family feel welcomed until we got back on the road. He and the rest of the staff were very kind and accommodating. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, modern, nice and well kept. '
