'The hotel is decent , nice and clean. Washroom was too small and the bath area can be improved a lot . It is very far from the main attraction and the city centre , so bear this in mind while booking . Travelling to and fro from the hotel definitely needs a cab or your own vehicle . for solo and budget travellers , who are planning to commute to -fro from hotel to bus stop or city centre -- please note it is not possible to walk'

'Rustige ligging maar toch vlakbij stad, restaurants, verhuurbedrijven, busstopplaats. Accommodatie heel net, uiterst vriendelijk onthaal met goede raad voor uitstapjes.'

'Lokatie, maar moeilijk te vinden ook via maps. We kregen eerst een donkere kamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden in 2 verschillende hoeken van de kamer en airco deed t niet. Manager vond dat Expedia beloftes doet maar zij kunnen slechts kamer geven die op dat moment beschikbaar zijn.'

'We love this hotel! Beautiful views and helpful staff. It’s also really clean. They provided transportation for a fee and even transportation to the port which we needed at 1 AM. This is honestly the best location. It is right by all the restaurants and some shops if you don’t want to walk far. We booked a boat ride and the pickup was only a few steps away which we loved. A lot of people staying at other properties were coming down just to take photos because the view is just that amazing....

Staff is so helpful in booking us a four wheeler and transportation to and from the airport. Breakfast was delivered every morning on time. Their sister hotel Filotera suites has a pool with great view of the Caldera and we were able to go swim in it. '

'We verbleven er 2 nachten. Het was erg schoon en wij vonden het luxe. Een eigen hot tub bij je suite. Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en het personeel zeer vriendelijk. Wij raden deze accommodatie zeker aan. Je zit zeer centraal en er zijn genoeg eetgelegenheden in de buurt. '

'Wonderful location close to windmill, castle and 3 domes. love this cave - wind house, really nice room w large space and nice beds, pleasantly surprised it is so well maintained; you can watch the sunset, although the best location would be from the castle So you can take picture of the windmill during sunset. Btw, you really need the staff help with the luggage because of so many stairs to get to the Caves, Same with others I think. '
