'I'm late on this review as my stay was in early July 2023, but I want to review this hotel. Everything was excellent, except the water pressure in the shower was very light. I very much enjoyed my stay. I didn't have time to use the pool or hot tub, unfortunately. I travelled to see my newborn granddaughter, so I was very busy! But every night I had wonderful relaxation and sleep. My room was quiet and wonderfully clean. I would stay here again!!'

'The front desk personnel were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I have to mention that I left my tablet behind and was totally unaware of it. I got a call from the hotel when I was 2 hours down the road that housekeeping had turned it in to the desk. It is so refreshing to find honest people in the world! However in Lubbock Texas that’s just the way it is! Thanks for a wonderfully and relaxing overnight stay. I will always stay at this hotel when I’m back there '

'Beds slope, big dips on them. A/C is terrible. It’s the bottom of the wall type. You had to turn it to 64° for it to even come on. Then after it shuts off, it doesn’t come back on for a LONG time. I’m talking well over an hour. Air gets stagnet with no flow and gets warm again. We moved rooms, but same situation. Room was large… I liked that part. We booked for four nights (major car issues wasn’t sure about timing on fixing) we asked if we could check out and get refunded the last two nights...
