'We will use the Grand Hyatt at SFO from now on for their Park N Fly option. Connected to the terminals by a train makes it so easy to stay the night before travel, leave the car and take the train to our airline. What a great way to begin a trip!'

By the time they checked in, she doesn't have any credit cards but the manager accommodated them due to unfortunate circumstance, BIG thanks to the hotel I am glad they did let my kids checked in since I was out of the country travelling. 'Great european-like hotel. Not one of those boring chains, but with charm and quality. Looks lovely from the outside, inside as well, nice extra's in your room such as calming cushion spray to sleep better. Great great restaurant with gorgeous food, greek michelin, a rare combination. Good wifi. And the village of Los Gatos is nice and cute, with hiking trails nearby. '
