'Beach was amazing. Resort was very modern and beautiful. Food was good (not spectacular) and staff were friendly and helpful. One downside was the "butler" experience. 2 butlers were assigned to us and neither one even tried to meet us during our week. One wanted to"say hello" on our last day, I assume to collect a tip for sending a Whattsapp message each day to simply say she was there. Also, the adult only pool area was always full of ants. I never saw anyone hosing the spilled sugary drinks...

'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing.
Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one.
Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'

'The room was totally not what I thought it would be. The ground was wet and dirty, I didn’t want to walk on it without shoes on. The WiFi is really back working. The hotel from the outside looks good, but unfortunately that’s the only good point. '
