'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. 'Let me start by saying. I’m fortunate to have traveled the Caribbean often. I’ve been to Mexico many times over the last 20+ years and Isla Mujeres several times. I’ve stayed in everything from 5 star all inclusive to some down right outdated DIY hotels. Casa Del Jaguar didn’t miss. From the reception to departure everything was handled perfectly.
