'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing.
Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one.
Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'

'La atención del personal, increible, todos muy amables. El área de selección de personal, hace un gran trabajo. Si planeas un viaje con varias familias, te sugiero que cada quien maneje su reservación ya que yo hice 1 reservación para 4 familias y no pude hacer cambios de llegada. Tenia que estar yo presente para cada Check-In. Sobre el hotel: muy limpio, buena comida y bebidas de buena calidad. Felicidades a todo el equipo. También estuvieron bien los eventos como fiestas, shows, etc.'

'We had a wonderful stay at Mia Reef! The location is beautiful, with gorgeous ocean views, clear water, and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the resort was a great place to unwind and enjoy time with my husband.
The only drawback was that some guests were unhappy with the bird sanctuary area. Because of the large number of birds, there were bird droppings on some of the villa balconies and outdoor areas. While we understand that the sanctuary is part of the natural...
