'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...

'Frida and Emanuel our Butler were amazing. The last night we were there they set up a bubble bath for my kids. The Nest restaurant was our favorite! They cook food right in front of you. The beach is a little far out especially for guests not staying on the Family side. The carts can be a little more frequent and should have a bell specially for night.
