'1歳の息子と夫の3人での宿泊でした。 息子が安全に過ごせるように和室を予約しました。 和室ということもあり作りは新しくなく、備品等も以前から使用している物であろう物でしたが、清潔で特に問題はありませんでした。 小さな子どもなので大浴場で子どもと一緒に入浴するか迷いましたが、脱衣所にオムツ捨て用のゴミ箱があったりウェルカムな雰囲気だったのと、息子がトイレがうまくいったこともあり、温泉デビューできました！またぜひ泊まりたいです！'

'What a fantastic place to stay. Convenient location from the train station And easy acces to snowmonkey parc. The food was amazing And the service level as well. They have an amazing bar on the roof. You sit with -15 in heated plastic iglo tents zipping from your drinks. The onsen Spa is big on the upperfloor overlooking Yudanaka And the mountains. The Room is huge. So wonderful stay And highly recommended.'

'We loved everything about our stay in Sierra. The location is in the middle of stunning forest, very close to ski slopes, lovely food options are available through the day. Nothing can be better than enjoying private onsen after a day of skiing. Lovelies stuff. We will definitely be back! '
