'Love the location and everything around. It has a beautiful view and everything is within walking distance. Just thought the place needs an update as far as curtains (stains), bathroom (just highly used) and TVs are outdated. I would definitely stay again.'

'We stayed in the south building and it seemed newly renovated. Love the “beach” Colors in the room along with the small kitchenette and the double bathroom sink (with one outside the toilet area). Very clean, staff were attentive, beach was terrific! Location was very good too. My only suggestion - there is a $40/day resort fee. That SHOULD include beach chairs or the use of bikes. While I appreciated the ability to park and the other small perks included in the fee - most of those are standard...

'This is a beautiful property, as you would expect, but hindered in weird ways by its location and nightlife. Both my wife and I were surprised at how noisy our room was, despite facing the river, with near constant revving engines, subwoofers, or in case of our last night, a small group blasting music from 2-430AM at the park across the street. I don't think we slept more than a few hours any night. The staff was phenomenal and helpful, the building is beautiful and the rooms are tidy....
