'The location of the property is fantastic! Park the car and walk to everything. We were supposed to get married in Forsythe Park - but the weather changed and it rained like crazy! The house was so pretty that we just held the ceremony there and honestly it was even more beautiful of a setting than we had planned for. The house is well appointed and space is planned out well. 'Would suggest a different window covering for the front bathroom. One that provides more privacy. FYI - plaster was falling down the fireplace in the sitting room. Are you aware there is a black cat that sits on the furniture on the deck, leaving black hair on the cushions. We didn’t use the deck because the cushions were dirty.'

'This house is very spacious with lots of rooms. There are 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms and a third half bathroom. The location allows for easy access to very many places to visit including the Spring Lake recreation center where the pool, lazy river and splash pad is located. There are many restaurants near by as well as grocery stores and shopping outlets. The host is very responsive and so very helpful providing information not only about the house but things to do and places to see. The...

'The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!'

'Close to everything. The Old pink House is a local attraction, the wine is excellent, the food 2 stars. The basement is the main attraction. The apartments is quiet, clean, huge, I will definitely consider again. Must go to the JW Marriott Lobby. Amazing natural gems 💎 '
