'Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Food was brilliant for buffet breakfast and dinner. Lunch in lobby bar was great. Reasonable prices. Some items cheaper here than in other bars. Pool was great, very busy at peak times. Had a view of the resort. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Small fridge. Hooks and shelf above radiator to dry ski gear. Loved it here! '

'Prachtig nieuwe hotel mooi spa mooie kamers. Goed eten. Personeel weet niets, spreken geen Engels of klein beetje. Als wij vroegen of er what te doen is in velingrad zeiden ze dat er niets is.daarna bleek dat er een feestje in het dorp was die wij gemist hebben'

'We really enjoyed staying at Saint George’s Palace. The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming. Great swimming pool and spa area. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Great to have shuttle bus to gondola. '

'Nice hotel with a wonderful spa. Room was noisy at night. Seemed to be security guards outside our window talking and laughing until well after midnight. Road noise was a problem until after midnight. Ask for a room on the back side away from the road. '

'Clean, confortable, good breakfast, nice outdoor pool. Inside pool and spa area not very atractive. '

Deluxe studio suite | Uitzicht op de tuin

'A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced.'

'Nooit zo slecht gehad, bij het zwembad moest voor de drankjes betaald worden, terwijl het een all inclusief boeking was, onvriendelijk en arrogant personeel. Volgende dag zijn we weggegaan door ontevredenheid. Nooi meer!'

' We stayed in a nice, spacious and clean apartment. Our stay was almost flawless, untill we asked if a late check out was possible. The reason we asked for a late check out was to leave our luggage in the room so we can get two 1,5 hour massages in the hotel spa. Same reason I gave the receptionist by the way. Mind you that one 1,5 hour massage is more then the nightly rate of the room. The answer was that it's possible for a fee of €10,- an hour. Not that client friendly when I'm still...

'We (three adults) stayed in a two-storey mezzanine room and it was the perfect accommodation for our ski holiday. There was plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs with a sofa that pulled into a sofa bed, bathroom, a separate toilet and wardrobes downstairs and upstairs too. We had a balcony with amazing views of the mountains. The decor of the room and whole hotel is lovely, very cozy and feels very ski-esk. Breakfast was included too which includes cold and hot food. The selection was...

'Superb value for money. The staff was very helpful satisfying all our needs.the hotel provided a free shuttle bus service to bansko ski center that was great. Dinner was tasteful but Limited in selections. Even when our car was not running because of low battery due to freezing cold, they immediately helped us. Thanks kostadin for everything. We would surely stay again on your hotel on our next visit to bansko. by the way the hotel is a four star one and not three as mentioned.'

'Its a nice place to stay. The rooms can be weird divided. The staff is very helpfull and service where they can. Breakfast is good but a weird setup, so when larger groups, more then 5 are at the buffet, its to crowded to take things'

'Buen hotel, que ha sido recientemente renovado. Las habitaciones son amplias, con buena señal WiFi pero les faltan muebles. Dispone de parking privado. El desayuno es pobre y malillo. El zumo que ofrecen es de muy baja calidad. Dispone de piscina climatizada y jacuzzi. El personal es muy amable.'

'We had a nice 3-day family trip to Bansko, and the Pirin Golf Club was an ideal stay for my family. I will definitely go again and recommend it.'
