"We stayed at this hotel for a month. The hotel is not new anymore but the cleaning staff is making sure everything stays clean. Don’t forget, a hotel at Timed Square, never had any “rest” so the accommodations are used 24/7 365. With that in mind, this hotel is very clean. A special thanks to the housekeeping lady Doris. Such a sweet and hardworking person. The people at the reception are all very sweet and helpful, especially Guillermo, Muhammed and Racquel (trainee but doing such an awesome job so far) The (elder) lady at the front desk should really think about retiring. Not friendly at all and such a bad tone. Too bad this lady ruins the entire front desk team effort. We had our breakfast in the lobby almost every morning and witnessed a lot. Especially, the expression on guests their faces. Again, the rest of the team does a great job. Location is perfect, rooms are old but clean, and the price is ok. The staff is making this hotel better than others. Next visit, definitely this same hotel. "
