"They deactivated my cards to get into my room at 10:20 am and I was supposed to check out at 11 am without access to grab my things. It was a challenging experience. Also the staff at the front desk hung up on my wife as she was asking for a rollaway bed. I’m just sticking to facts I want add an extra. Property was great! "

"Came for Bike Week, the hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the events going on. Several really good restaurants are nearby. The pools and spa were clean and the family area had ample activities. We had an excellent stay! "

"Booked and junior suite weeks in advance and once we arrived, we were told they didn’t have any suites available and that obviously I had just booked (which was untrue). Was accommodated but highly upset. Other than that the hotel was very nice and clean. "

"The condo was very nice and very clean! The elevator did smell obnoxiously of cigarette smoke. I did like the key code to get in the elevator area. There was allot of strip noise even for out of season. Overall, it’s a very nice property and the condo itself was very nice!"
