'Staff was prompt & courteous. Hotel was clean and bed and bath were excellent. Good mattress and pillows which is of utmost important to me. The hotel, however, is very, very dated. Dark hallways. Black and silver decor feels very mid70’s. Though I’m sure it’s been updated since then. Just not a fan of the moody darkness. '

'This WOULD be a 5 star, but the Sofa is NOT a pull-out. Rather a shelf you assemble w/ cushions. Within a couple of hours, you can feel yourself slipping between the couch and shelf. Otherwise, everything else was really nice.'

'Very nice facility and excellent location. Would have been nice to have a tv in the 2nd bedroom (we had to bring our own). Would recommend the facility and plan to stay there on the next visit to Nashville. '
