'The staff were very friendly and professional. It started with the door /valet attendants who went above and beyond to make you feel welcome to the check in staff. The property is clean and the rooms were perfect. The overall ambience of the bar , restaurants and pool area made us feel welcome and comfortable. 'I loved the location of the Motif. It was in walking distance of all the things I wanted to do on my stay in Nashville. The motif of the Motif was excellent and the amenities were so convenient and luxurious by the standards of any hotel in the area. I would choose to stay at the Motif again in a heartbeat. 'This hotel was very clean. The room was fabulous with a full kitchen sitting area with TV and two queen beds. We were able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and clothing stores. It was even close enough to walk to downtown Nashville. The only negative thing I have to say would be the pillows on the bed were awful. I would definitely stay again and perhaps bring my own pillow or ask if they had another option. I did not ask while I was there as I did not think of it.'
'I was there to stay after a medical procedure. The staff offered me a wheelchair and a stool to help me get into the bed. They were especially kind and I appreciate them all. '
