Took an Uber the morning we went to the Ryman. There is also a hotel shuttle that will take you locally. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Would stay there again.'

It would be better if pool area was for guests only as it was way too busy to enjoy. Loved that Virgin is giving back to the communities they serve and offering events such as the pet adoption evening. Was sad to miss it! Look forward to trying other Virgin properties in the future. "Really nice location just outside downtown. It's just a 15/20 walk to Broadway. The hotel itself is a little bit outdated. When we were there, new beds and carpet was there so I guess they're upgrade, the rooms. It's pretty clean, but it smells old. Breakfast is just average for this kind of hotel. Staff can be more friendly. But after all, a good stay! "
