'A very comfortable hotel for a medium- to long-term stay. My room faced a quiet wooded hillside. The setting is isolated, but ultimately convenient, being just off I-90 in Bellevue. You can walk to a grocery store, drug store and a few restaurants (it's a bit of a hike, but doable). When the hotel is full, there is a scarcity of parking (and the spaces are very small), but I think you can overflow into the adjacent church parking lot. 'Perfect place to stay if you are going to a game. T-Mobile, Lumen Field & the waterfront are all within walking distance. Our room was clean & comfortable. All the furnishing were new & the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Finally, the staff were all awesome - excellent service. We will definitely return to the Populus.'

The only negatives were the $18 per day for parking and the antiquated TV system. The pay parking is not uncommon in the area, so I can’t fault the hotel too much for that. The subpar TV system is on Marriott corporate, and not a fault of the property.
