'Love the place. It with easy check-in and check procedures. Downstairs rooms were near the bar. It could be a little loud during operation (Only 5-10 Thursday through Sunday) but it is not open late. Mild nuisance, no issue. Everything was very clean and neat. Bed was comfortable. Chamber Commerce description is misleading, claiming it as a bed and breakfast, it is not and ownership are clear when booking. 'A quaint cozy room perfect for an overnight near Burlington. Be aware all rooms are on second floor with no elevator. No TV. Other use what you need for basics are provided. Comfortable bed and nice linens. '

'We loved the view of Lake Champlain and the quietness of the area. There was an event going on one night but they were gone by the time we returned around 7:30. Continental breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean and roomy for two people. I would return!'
