'Staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is in a great location. Right on a lake, which is common in this area, and close to the heart of the town. Our suite had a great picture window that looked right over the little lake out back, very Stephen King. '

'The room was comfortable for our short stay but the bathroom was not cleaned very well. There were beard trimmings around the sink and debris in the corner. Also there were signs that a mat had once been used inside of the tub that left a visible stain around it. '

'Motel wasnt the most beautiful. The tiles in the bathroom needed replaceing - the thermostat had a note on it to use the mini split instead, it smelled of smoke and years gone by , but you cant beat the "mind your own business" vibe, the location, and the overall odd charm. '

'We always stay in the motel section, because of its retro feel. We love this hidden treasure!'
