'Great location, easy to get to everything including LAX. All rooms were very clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels in both bathrooms. Fans were provided which worked better on the 1st floor than the 2nd floor where it did get a bit warm one night. Kitchen was minimal but that was OK since we didn't plan to do any cooking. Very quiet, which was a pleasant surprise given the location.'

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the sheets had visible ink marks on them. The TVs didn’t work at all. The carpet was dirty and smelled musty, the refrigerator had a large dent in the door, and a filthy mop and bucket were left out on the balcony. The screen door is torn, so bugs come in. The air vent was black with dust and buildup — clearly not cleaned or...

'There was no condo when we arrived. The arrival document arrived but no specific unit number and no way to access garage. Spoke with leasing agency and VRBO is not allowed in the entire complex. It was a nightmare. Had to find a hotel. Took three weeks for a refund and they never cancelled my VRBO even after I called and said it was fake. I should not have review access.'
