'Stayed for 9 nights with a family of 4 and our stay was fantastic. The people at the front desk were fantastic with some helpful suggestions for dinner. The rooms are clean and serviced everyday and the hotel is close to many convenience stores which have everything. Highly recommend and would stay back there when I come back to Tokyo.'

'A very nice hotel, with a good room. Within walking distance from the station, the buzzing center and shops but far away to have peace and quiet at night time. Decent breakfast and excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Tokyo. '

'Stayed 1 month (expended 2 weeks). all was just perfect. becouse flexstay clean yourself. walking distance alot market and drugstore. also 2 very good ramen places (1 best had visit japan) hotel itself just a gem (staff included) friendly and helpfull. space just like normal hotel room with exception coock also room and oven- microwave. neighberhood around hotel very nice except night not like centrum tokyo alot open but train 800m walk hotel or one 1.5km go very quick uneo or shinjuku etc. or...

'We had a great stay! The property was very clean and well-maintained, which made it very comfortable. The location was excellent — the metro station was just nearby, making it super convenient to get around the city. Would definitely recommend to others! '

'I would say this was like living in an apartment and not in a hotel. It was amazing, the place was nice and clean and had a very nice sized fridge with a really nice kitchen. And don’t get me started on the bathing room. It was super nice and the bathtub was amazing especially when you had a long day off walking. The only down side is I was not to found of Shinjuku the prefecture it’s self it was pretty dirty and coming straight from Osaka where it was a lot more of a relaxing vibe, I would say...

'The bus stop is located directly across the street, and the train station is an 8-minute walk away. If you don't mind using public transportation, this location is perfect for you. We traveled all around Tokyo, and if you're familiar with Google Maps, you'll be able to easily catch the bus right in front of the lobby.'

'Perfect place to stay if you like to spend time in Shinjuku. Convenience store, drug store, place to eat and station to transport, everything you want to do is close to this place. Room was also clean and comfortable to stay. A little bit chill inside because it's December, but we should realize that we need to wear up to warm ourselves in Japan since central heating is not common.'

'Very spacious by Tokyo standards. I liked that it had three full beds for the whole fam. Fully set kitchen and fridge for any cooking you want to do. AC works exceptionally well which was nice at the end of a hot and humid day. A bit off the beaten track but easy to get everywhere with different subway stations within a 10 minutes walk. It felt very safe here. '

'The location is excellent at just a 3 minute walk from the Yamanote line. The room was clean and as expected. The aircon worked well and keep cool overnight. The bed was comfy. If you're looking for a no frills, place to sleep and shower, and take off for the day, this is the place to stay at.'

"Leuke omgeving voor als je savonds ook nog wat leuks wil doen. Niet echt een wijk voor kleine kinderen. Voor ons geen probleem en konden lekker tot laat in de navht leuke dingen doen. Met ov ben je zo op alle andere plekken in de stad"

"Hele slechte bed die inzakt. Kamer was niet echt schoon. Zie bv vieze plekken op tv en muren. Er waren geen thee-, en koffiezakjes aanwezig, terwijl bij andere APA hotel wel aanwezig waren. Te weinig hanghaakjes in slaap en badkamer. In de nacht is het buiten zeer luidruchtig door ambulances etc. De liftdeuren functioneren helemaal niet goed. Ze sluiten gewoon dicht, terwijl je deels er tussen staat. We komen absoluut niet meer terug. Het is zeker geen 3 ster hotel. Echter, 1 pluspuntje: personeel was wel vriendelijk."

"Personnel was just amazing! The room, for Tokyo norms, was actually quite spacious. It was always spotless clean after I returned from work. I didn't have lunch or dinner here so I do not know if it is good, but twice I had the breakfast and I found that I really got excellent quality. The buffet is a mix of East and West, with many warm options such as beef ragout pasta and grilled chicken (if that is what you like) but you also find the traditional Western items there such as cheese, smoked salmon, eggs etc. The hotel was close to a railway station which I could use with my Japan rail pass. It's in a quiet and safe area and when you look out of the window you are not going to see many neon signs or those typical Tokyo neon lit streets, but you are just a very short drive removed from Shinjuku station which provides more action. You get a personal terrace which I found great. I personally had the view of the park which was amazing. Personally I appreciated the quiet surrounding, but it's a matter of preference. I did not use the common pool but they have one. I did use the gym though. It is a nice clean gym. Putting some weights there would be a nice addition for those of us who like to work with weights instead of doing cardio. All in all, I would say 9/10. Thanks a lot. "
