'We really enjoyed our stay here in Tokyo. The instructions were very clear, and having everything labeled especially for trash made things so much easier compared to other places we’ve stayed. It really helped us stay organized and made the whole experience more convenient.
The location was also great very walkable and in a peaceful neighborhood, which we really appreciated after busy days exploring the city.

'Perfect spot if you want to be away from the very busy parts of Tokyo. Room was about the expected size in Tokyo. Waseda station about a 10min walk away to easily get into the city. Lovely local restaurants and shops in the area. Had to check ourselves in by getting the keys from a lockbox in front of the building but the instructions were very clear on how to obtain them.'

'The room was very nice and very clean. Location was good and not a far walk from the train station. Lots of food options close by. Checkin was a little unusual as there are no staff on the premises, but they sent good instructions. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Very comfy beds!'

'This place is brand new, maybe one or two check ins before us. We are about to check out with our 3 kids, 10,11,12. They loved it🤗
About 5-7 mins walk to the Koenji Station, a couple 24/7 convenient stores a block away.
One of the Best and very quick to respond hosts I’ve ever dealt with. Very very clean with extra towels and brand new washing machine. Highly recommend it!'

'Our stay at Q- Rooms Hotel was an experience on its own. We had the green matcha room with bunk beds. Very easy and efficient check-in & check-out process. The property is clean, well-maintained and simply deliciously charming. My daughter and I loved our stay.
They thought of everything a guest would need…great quality toiletries, comfy and soft slippers, notepad, scissors, first AOS kit, pen, complimentary snacks and beverages, suitcase wheels covers, etc. I mean…what else do you need?...
