'It’s literally a crackhouse. There is no management. There are tenants selling rooms for cash. There were prostitutes in the lobby. That being said the customer service at Expedia was excellent. They had us a new room booked immediately at a safe location. This was like something out of a movie!!!'

'Helaas geen bar, lounge of aangewezen plek om te overleggen. Was bekend, maar wel erg kaal en sober. De 'lobby' is direct naast de entree/schuifdeur, allerminst comfortabel. Zwembad is onmogelijk klein. Erg gehorige kamers, verkeersgeluid is ook erg aanwezig. Geen luchtverversing, behalve dan een blower die erg veel geluid maakt. Koelkast maakt erg veel geluid. Beide apparaten de eerste nacht direct uitgeschakeld. van alle hotels die ik heb bezocht is dit een van de minst prettige.'

From the clean rooms, balconies in every room, friendly and helpful staff, the great breakfast and the wonderful treats in the evening… popcorn and cookies! Do yourself a favor and stay just once - you be back again and again!'

'Very conveniently located near Baldwin Wallace University. Wonderful FREE breakfast with hot foods, cereals, fruits and breads. Friendly staff who have worked there a long time and are willing to help in a variety of situations. Rooms are large and clean! Great hotel! '

'PEOPLE BEWARE THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE I walked into this place at 11:05 PM. The clerk took her sweet time assigning a room and I waited. She gave the key to room 231 but the room was all the way behind the 2nd building and she left part out. I am a disabled person and I had a heavy bag and a small child with me. We walked around and finally found the room. By the time I took the covers with cigarette holes out, I saw that the sheets had FOOT MARKS and they probably...

'Parking was conveniently outside the hotel entrance and we were greeted in the lobby. Our check-in was quickly finished and our breakfast (s) and needs for the next couple of nights recorded. Fantastic room with modern and useful amenities. The structure of the original brick building with custom designs in each room. Quiet and cozy with beverages and snacks for guests. Five star restaurant across the street with many downtown eateries within walking distance. Perfect hotel to enjoy Wooster. '
