Hotels met roomservice in Akron

'To greet us, there was a significant puddle of stale water in the elevator (ironically no water in the pool). First room had wrappers on the floor, food splattered all over the microwave area, and a tub full of water. The second room had clean beds but still had debris on the bathroom and living area floors, a cabinet door that needs tightening (which I showed the clerk before we took the second room), light bulb missing (staff asked if we really needed the bulb and came to the room to verify...

'Helaas geen bar, lounge of aangewezen plek om te overleggen. Was bekend, maar wel erg kaal en sober. De 'lobby' is direct naast de entree/schuifdeur, allerminst comfortabel. Zwembad is onmogelijk klein. Erg gehorige kamers, verkeersgeluid is ook erg aanwezig. Geen luchtverversing, behalve dan een blower die erg veel geluid maakt. Koelkast maakt erg veel geluid. Beide apparaten de eerste nacht direct uitgeschakeld. van alle hotels die ik heb bezocht is dit een van de minst prettige.'

'There was NO airport shuttle until mid afternoon! We reserved here because it was stated that there was an airport shuttle. Also no one serviced the room until the second day. Again, for the high price we paid, not acceptable. There were times no one was at the front desk. Anybody can walk in - no security. Terribly disappointed in Marriott!!!.'

'Parking was conveniently outside the hotel entrance and we were greeted in the lobby. Our check-in was quickly finished and our breakfast (s) and needs for the next couple of nights recorded. Fantastic room with modern and useful amenities. The structure of the original brick building with custom designs in each room. Quiet and cozy with beverages and snacks for guests. Five star restaurant across the street with many downtown eateries within walking distance. Perfect hotel to enjoy Wooster. '
