'We have stayed at this property multiple times and absolutely love it! It’s perfectly tucked away — private and peaceful — but still conveniently located for all of the activities we enjoy in the White Mountains.Communication with the host is always stellar, which makes planning our trips stress-free. The space is always clean and welcoming when we arrive. The main bedroom has a very comfortable bed, and the second bedroom’s bunk beds are great for extra guests. The small but well-equipped...

'Wonderful property. Location is excellent with access to White Mountains and numerous attractions in the Lakes area. Close to many restaurants and shops. View of lake from the deck and inside the house is spectacular. We spent a good deal of our time there just looking out over the lake. Boating on the lake is also excellent and property comes with two kayaks and a canoe. From our viewpoint this property is ideal.'

'We had wonderful time at Sara’s lake house. Her communication was great and she was very responsive. The house is beautiful and very clean and well stocked. The location is goegeous and the views were incredible. We have two teenagers who enjoyed the paddleboards and kayaks and the dock was perfect for docking the boat we rented. The rental was 10 minutes from town so easy to get supplies. I would definitely rent again. It really had a lot of beds too much more than we needed. However, a family of 5 or more would be very happy with the number of beds etc. it was very family oriented with games etc.'

'We loved our week-long stay in North Conway. The house is located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood just a few minutes drive from downtown North Conway. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and overall it was a great location for our large group. One thing to note, the interior stairs, both up and down, are steep spiral staircases. 'When we arrived everything was better than we thought it would be ! The cottage has everything you could possibly need for a Great Vacation. My grandchildren loved the kayaks . There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room from the porch to the sleeping arrangements. The pond was so clean to swim in and the fire pit area was an added bonus !! We loved it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a private, quiet, and fun getaway'

"Our experience was a mixed bag. Check in was good; the British lady was lovely and friendly. The room was nice and spacious and everything was clean and functional. However, the floors are made of wood and carry a lot of noise. We had a family with small children staying in the room above ours and it was like a herd of elephants was stomping around up there. The pool and hot tubs could do with a good scrubbing. The water in the pool was mucky and not very inviting. All went southways however when the fire alarm sounded a 7 AM in the morning. All the guests left their room and gathered outside but THERE WAS NO STAFF IN SIGHT. No one told us what was going on or what we were supposed to do. When we made a complaint about the poor communication around the fire alarm when we checked out the guy at the counter didn't even bother to look at me. It was a very disappointing ending to what otherwise had been a pretty decent experience. Do better! "
