'I've stayed at days in before, and received great customer service. The staff was not helpful at all. I had several rooms because we were there foe a graduation. They had cheaper rates the day of and would not honor there current rate. The hotel rooms looked as if they were all under construction. Two of the rooms had broke. Faucets. The tub was filthy. Stains were on the sheets in two of the rooms. I will never stay at this location again.'

'Charming yurt not far from a grocery store but totally secluded. Beautiful private hiking trails right outside the yurt door. Convenient propane heater, solar powered overhead light, bottled water, propane cooktop and a very comfortable futon. The outhouse was close by and very well kept. As a solo traveler, I felt comfortable due to the heavy duty door and deadbolt lock. I had a question and the owners quickly responded. I loved this place! 'When I see the rooms I canceled directly the room and planned an other hotel. Dirty, old, defects, damaged non closing doors (frontdoor too), non smoking room smells to smoke.'

'The staff was very customer oriented and very friendly. The inside of the building (including our room) was very clean and well maintained. The only issue was a funky stale odor when you enter the room. They could use another chair in the room. All & all a very nice place.'
