After a bit I think they figured it out on their end. After that it was excellent. 'The Lake House Retreat is a perfect vacation spot for family and friends. The house has an amazing view of the quiet lake and provides outdoor locations on a deck, covered patio, fire pit and the dock. The house is impeccably clean and comfortably furnished. The owners have gone out of their way to make sure guests of all ages are welcome. They provide a crib and high chair (which came in very handy for us.) 'The property worked out in being perfectly located near the golf course my sone was playing in a tournament at, and still be reasonably priced and also near numerous options for grabbing a bite while staying, and also near the interstate for into knoxville and etc. The place was exactly as described and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was very nice and great to work with on our stay. We will definitely keep this place in mind the next time travel to the knoxville area.'
