'So much is right here, from decor to food to personnel, so that it was hard to understand why such a hotel is stillstuck in the Holiday-Inn past with its ac system blasting cold air in noisily. I want quiet so that I can sleep, I do not want a draft and I do not want a cold room, not in the least because this destroys the planet.'

'Staff was awesome and I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel ZaZa! I was checked in and greeted by Kelley who did an amazing job introducing me to the hotel as well as Houston for the first time! The hotel was also very clean and smelled great. Daily coffee and snacks were served by the elevator every morning which was a great way to start the day and turndown service was provided with a snack and complementary water which was a nice way to end the day. 'Stayed here for our wedding anniversary and the stay was wonderful. Loved the location in the theater district and there are a number of 24 garages around the area if you don’t want to valet. This one comes with a wholehearted recommendation '
