'Service was wonderful, room was okay as we noticed some stains on the carpet and couch but I loved that there was a mini fridge and microwave. I also found for most of the part the valet was convenient, but occasionally there was only one attendant available which caused delays.'

'Comfortable and convenient maybe a little understaff at the pool there was only one person serving food and drinks but at least he did his best to provide good service . Overall my experience was wonderful thank you . Love the shuttle service! '

'I was upset that everything had a charge to it. Parking, Coffee, Water, checking for using other site, and I was told if I had the room cleaned daily, there is extra charge. I was there because of cancer treatment. This really upset me. I ended up with over $130.00 + Charges. '

'The staff was wonderful. Super clean. Great value for the close proximity to downtown. A few blocks from the Buffalo Bayou running trail system. Not close to restaurants and only vending machines and frozen dinners at the hotel. Only $20 fee for gated parking.Overall, a great place.'

I’ve been at this location many times and overall it’s a good hotel. There was a big roach in the bathroom which I know can happen regardless of how clean it is but, I found a used deodorant on the nightstand and a stain (as if someone spilled their drink) on the side of the bed like if it wasn’t cleaned at all.
