'Overall experience was great! Plenty of space to spread out and still close to all the action in Ellicottville. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes and silverware for a large group. All queen size were comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. The bunk room beds were a bit lumpy though. Bathrooms were all working and the linens were plentiful. Owners were great! Communication was quick and their check in process was easy. Checkout was just as easy with only a few simple steps...

'This was one of the best vrbo houses we have stayed at. We are a group of 13 women relatives and we have been gathering once a year for 13 years. Tonys' house was clean, roomy, comfortable and beautiful! there were lots of instruction sheets near things like Wifi, AC, kitchen and doors. These made things easy to use. We loved using the pool, especially since it was 95 degrees some days. We will be planning a return trip in the near future. Thanks Tony for the great place.'
