'Perfect home for family. The outdoor space is wonderful especially for little ones. Location- about 50 steps to the beach! Located close to anything you need but feels secluded.Home has everything you need for a great trip.It is easy to be a host when everything is going well, we experienced a power outage due to weather and Anthony responsiveness was wonderful. Made sure we new where emergency lanterns were etc and kept us updated with Neil power restored.'

'The house was in a great location mid island and less than 5 mins walk to the closest beach access. Very quiet area of the beach also. The property has EVERYTHING you will need for your stay! Beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrella, wagons, towels, bikes, anything you think you would need for your stay, they have it! It was very clean and plenty of room for our family of 6. We would definitely stay here again!'

'We have stayed at this home several times over the years and it is always such a treat to spend time here. The house has such charm and history in Amelia. It is peaceful and restful and the updates made to the downstairs porch makes for a great outdoor living area next to the ocean. You will have your own personal sandy path to the beach. The house is so close to downtown Fernandina, restaurants, shopping and Fort Clinch. The drive into Fort Clinch is a beautiful drive of a canopy of trees. ...
