'Check in process was smooth and easy! We only used one of the rooms but the bed was extremely clean and comfortable. The living room and kitchen area also had everything we needed to relax and make our own meals. 'Host was superb! There was shampoo and conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms. Lots of towels and blankets etc. blow dryers in both bathrooms. Tv worked great and we just logged into an our own streaming services easily. Very clean. He provided laundry detergent as well. There was a nice view of Utah lake from the hot tub. Couch was very comfy to watch Christmas movies from. Close to downtown Provo and Orem. '

'They’ve really thought of everything! We had every home comforter we could think of, from filtered water to a hairdryer and cotton balls. I personally really loved the black-out curtains for sleeping in. Also, I would note the area is really quiet, which is great for me since I’m such a lite sleeper, I didn’t need my ear plugs.
