'The house had some nice upgrades which we were not expecting. Liked: the location, the master suite, the crazy number of TVs, and the private rooftop terrance. The bathrooms were both also nicely upgraded. Unexpected: it was mostly on street parking, but there was sufficient on street parking available on the immediate street and nearby streets.
