The kitchen is very well equipped but it is very small making cooking hard. The property could do with a big update as the appliances are very old. I was nervous using the oven due to its age. 'The Modern Condo in Downtown Fuquay was perfect for our family trip! The photos on VRBO were exactly as we found the unit, very clean and updated. The location was a charming small downtown area with great restaurants and coffee shops within two blocks of the unit. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this unit/rental. The owner, Erin, was very professional and responded quickly to any questions. '
