'The apartment is decorated beautifully. It looks like something out of a magazine. The master bedroom had an enormous bathroom. The wallpaper in the unit is so fun and pretty. The location is perfect for walking to downtown restaurants. Please be aware that you can hear the train whistle from the condo. Also, the sofa in the living room is not a pullout, but it is deep enough to be a twin bed sleeping option. We would definitely recommend staying here!'

'The property is in an great location if you are attending an event at NC State or the Raleigh Coliseum. It's on the second floor (which I might have missed in the description). However we heard little of the neighbors. The apartment could use a paint freshen but was clean. Beds are really comfortable as was the living furniture. Kitchen could use a few more amenities - as in a spatula, pitcher, mixing bowl - for those who prefer to rustle up a quick meal rather than eat out. '
