The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The best part is that the hotel is right in front of the beach, where you can enjoy complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, and everything you need for a perfect day by the ocean. 'This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.'

'Air conditioning worked but my family was welcomed to room where the thermostat was set to 77 degrees. The halls are hot as there is no ac on. Elevator reeked of marijuana. On our day of checkout at 10 am a male staff member used his key to open our door. My daughter was in the process of getting dressed. When I went to the hall to see who it was the male employee said that he had the wrong room. We had to beg for extra towels and the front desk. The staff told us that we had to bring the dirty...
