'considering the prices and the overall renovated room, its okay not great. reception can be better with info and or willingness ! room was okay ( bathroom had spots on the ceiling) and sofa in the living room too old/ no boiler for some hot water. location is good but service can be improved on many departments. '

'When there for the two restaurants and spa that they advertise on the property. Out of the three days I was there, I couldn’t use any of the amenities because it was already fully booked. With the exception of the bartenders and one staff member, the staffing was rude and not helpful. The place is overpriced and not worth it. You can find cheaper hotels around the area.'

'Arrived the week after Mother’s Day. Despite calling ahead due to disabled child and being told a room would be ready arrived and the only room ready was a 200$ up charge. WiFi did not work the entirety of the stay. Hotel did not have washcloths despite asking for them multiple times. Room was still dirty when we entered with a tips and hair in the bathroom and stains on the sheets. The pool was nice and the location on the beach was good. They were out of the free gifts for the entire stay. Bar...
