'The Cabot Lodge is a quaint, adorable, wonderful place to stay! The room itself is tiny but the bathroom is spacious. The room has everything you need, including a sound machine! There are complimentary snacks and coffee, and the bed is very comfortable. The town itself is historic and has some very cool shops. Would absolutely stay here again!'

'I absolutely loved my stay! My dream place in Salem! The kindness of the staff, the cleanliness, the location, the price—everything is perfect! I have never slept so well in a bed as the one I had there. Plus, they offer cookies and scones starting at 4 p.m., and delightful morning treats at 9 a.m.! There’s limited on-site parking available, as well as another lot not far away. I’ve found my place to stay in Salem—50/5 stars! I can’t wait to come back, thank you for everything!'

'We loved staying in a house built in the 1600s! It was like getting to sleep in a museum rather than a hotel.
Also - the Continental Breakfast was more than we expected! Beyond a few kinds of breakfast bread and a toaster, there was also whipped cream cheese, hard-boiled eggs, and a couple types of fresh fruit. We were very pleased.
There were only a couple drawbacks (which would NOT keep me from recommending the experience):

on the way there for fun some people I think just like to complain at everything. The bed was clean and nice, the shower was pristine. my daughter slept till 730 and usually wakes up at 5:30 so the bed was very comfortable. Plus the room darkening shades helped my daughter sleep.
