'Everything about Kizen Villa was magnificent. The hosts were so friendly and interesting. They love meeting people from all over the world and they do everything possible to ensure an enjoyable and pleasant stay. We had more space than we could have ever hoped for staying in Japan. The beds were extremely comfortable and the washer/dryer was very useful as well as the kitchen. I am so happy we stayed here.'

'Homely little place nestled within walking distance to everything. The bar when you walk in is a nice touch—you don’t have to drink in order to appreciate it as a gathering place, and opportunity to converse with fellow travelers.'

'Very spacious excellent breakfast.'

Perfect!'

'Condensed version as forced to resubmit review. Property was changed from max 6 to 4 AFTER we booked. Beds supposedly for 2 were singles with 2 pillows. Toilet cannot be used by anyone much over 6' as two of us were. Condition questionable - broken interior door locks and holes/rips in doors. We could not stay, had to find hotels at the last minute.'

Although it is a short walk to the nearest station and only 2 stops to shinjuku it felt far out of the city, and it was in a very residential area. Additionally, the walls are like paper and you could hear other guests in the early hours of the morning. For the same price there is better accommodation located closer to the city. It was nice but personally wouldn’t recommend over other...

'Felt great to have an apartment right outside of Shinjuku. It was nice to come back to this home and pass out for the night. Would 10/10 recommend for a single person or couple. '

'Everything was amazing'

'Very accessible to restaurants and train stations.'
