'The host for this VRBO was outstanding. Excellent property. Very clean. It is a new build. I am not sure how new, I think my wife and I are one of the first or at least top 10 to rent. The decor is very well done. The amenities were perfect. It is very quiet neighborhood. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The parking is in the rear on a cement pad. I was unsure of the entry at first because you drive over a grassy area to access. Very close to many amenities. Great Ice cream less than...

'Upon arrival our unit B was very warm and the ac unit didn’t seem to be working properly to cool it lower than 84 degrees. We contacted our host and within a few hours a repairman was out to check unit and determined it needed a more lengthy repair. Our host offered to move us to the neighboring unit A that was perfect for our needs. '
