'Groot hotel, in een vrij nieuwe buurt. Wordt nog veel omheen gebouwd, ziet er allemaal erg zakelijk uit. Kamer prima en schoon. ontbijt gemist ivm vroege vlucht. '

'Hotel unico ligt ideaal als je wilt shoppen in de duurdere winkels. Het hotel zelf oogt mooi en heeft fraaie gemeenschappelijke ruimtes (onthaal, 2 salons, ... ) . De kamer zelf (wij hadden een standaardkamer) was veel te klein en de badkamer met 1 lavabo was onhandig. Het meubilair in de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes en kamer daarentegen was zeer fraai/mooi! Het ontbijtbuffet was goed, maar geen vijfsterren waard. De tuin lag er wat slordig bij (het gras niet gemaaid) en op de tafels op het terras...

'The rooms were beautiful and there was a functional kitchen and washer/dryer. Only downsides were: (1) kitchen lacked some cookware items that would have been helpful to have (ie there was no cookware that could be used in oven in our unit); (2) the combo washer/dryer was standard troublesome. This are incredibly picky criticisms and are of at outweighed by the surprise perks (fully decked out gym and this is great quality and value for what we paid.'

'A little outdated and worn, but still a fantastic five star hotel in terms of amenities, service and ambience, all very much in the old-style luxury model. A great way to pamper yourself, especially if you book their Red Level accommodation. In the Salamanca district, right next to Plaza Colón, taxi's in front of the door, footsteps away from public transport and walking distance from Retiro, El Prado and other sights. The personnel could not be more professional and helpful. Very recommendable.'
