'Le logement est bien situé à moins de 10 min à pieds de la gare, de la plage, du vieux centre. La rue est tranquille et facile d'accès. Les commodités sont propres et modernes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour surtout grâce à l'air climatisée en ces temps très chauds. Le petit balcon et la vue sur les toits de Nice nous ont fait très plaisirs. Accueil très agréable. 'This property was fantastic. It was equipped with absolutely anything you could want for your stay. The bed was comfortable, the living room spacious and it had a lovely balcony for your breakfast or just to enjoy the weather. It also had air conditioning so was great for Nice’s warm and humid weather. Malin was a great and welcoming hostess. It was walkable to loads of restaurants, shops, Avenue Des Anglais, the market and more. Would highly recommend. '

'The wonderful hostess greeted at the door with some desperately needed prosecco and delicious socca- just the thing to start our trip off correctly. The view is great, the AC effective, the beds comfortable, and the washer/dryer priceless. The stairs are real- manageable, but not for the faint of heart or those who overpack. Great location, and surprisingly quiet given the action below on the Cours Saleya. Just steps to the beach. Highly recommended!'

'As advertised. Parking a bit of a pain, but place is right on promenade. Wifi and hot water are great. Hostess Francis works hard ro make sure you are comfortable and it is so nice to sit on living room and watch Nice go by. Noise was not an issue at all!'

'Très belle appartement bien lumineuse et spacieuse. La terrace est trop bien ! Proche de la mer et la promenade des anglais. Seul bémol c’est que c’était pas très propre on a refait le ménage en arrivant mais ça vaut le coup quand même! Je recommande :) '
