'The apartment was not clear to find. We had to try multiple doors on different floors to find the place. The owner did not reply to my question as to location for about an hour later. We were nervous getting our luggage up 2 floors of straight up stairs in the dim lit hallway. We sat on the bed in the main room and it was hard and lumpy. We decided this was an uncomfortable place and didn't want to fall straight down 2 sets of floors. We returned the key and notified the owner. We notified VRBO...

'Location is excellent in the heart of the old city. Lots of restaurants nearby. The bedrooms are small and with limited space to put lugage but was clean and comfortable.'

'Absolutely loved our stay in old town Nice. The apartment was smack dab in the middle of all the action. Great restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops within throwing distance of the apartment. Overall the apartment was comfortable and was a great home base as we travelled along the coast for a few days. It seems the apartment had recently renovated floors, bathroom and kitchen. Parking was a three minute walk. When we come back to Nice we would stay there again. The Shaws . '
