'The check in process was fast and efficient. I love the modernization of the hotel; it’s quite beautiful. The gym is pretty amazing with state of the art equipment. The entire hotel was very clean and smelled lovely. I love that we had a smart tv in our room and were able to watch our Netflix account. Great dining options nearby and within walking distance. 'We had a wonderful time. Great communication ahead of stay. Loved the property and the common area amenities. The only downside for me was I like dark rooms when I sleep and the windows only had sheer curtains and the street lights are on outside. Would definitely recommend and stay again.'

'At check in the gentleman with longer hair barely even looked up at us. Once in our room we discovered yellow crusty stuff on our bed. We let the front desk know and said that we would be out for a while and would like it to be addressed before we got back. Over 4 hours later when we returned it was still there. We went back to the front desk and spoke with the same gentleman with a beard and glasses that we had brought the problem to earlier. He told us housekeeping was gone for the day now and...
