'I booked a non smoking room, the first room I was assigned smelled of straight up smoked, terrible!! I requested another room was but in a handicap room one floor down, bed cover was discolored with strains ,I am now completely grossed out, Fridge, coffee maker and Microwave in the bathroom, didn't understand that . good thing I hand my own towel, sheets and wash cloth , i totally had to disinfect the room before I touched anything , I was so uncomfortable that i checked out two nights early.'
