'Beautiful small boutique hotel in gorgeous La Jolla. Perfect place to stay. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach!'

'Prima voor 2 nachten. Niet speciaal.'

'Ugh. We stayed two days for a wedding at La Valencia and booked a suite. We are SD natives and my husband grew up in LA Jolla. It was located a bit away from the front desk and up a steep portion of a hill with stairs. Tough to navigate in a gown and heels and a workout with all our bags to get to valet when leaving. Be sure to plan some time for the valet to get your car. The room is VERY dated and the layout needs to be better thought out. Wear socks on the carpet! Our neighbors room service...

'In sum, perfectly located boutique hotel with friendly staff, but very overpriced and far from a 5-star stay, as advertised. Pros: - Location is top-tier! - rooftop terrace and outdoor seating areas were great - Friendly staff - breakfast was varied each day and coffee and cookies were available in the afternoons, which was a nice touch To take into consideration: -outdated and would benefit from a furniture refresh - smaller rooms have no tables, so not ideal if you have to work - be aware...

'A wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel'

'Dit is echt een leuk hotel op een geweldige plek. La Jolla is helemaal te gek. Het is wel erg duur en dat is normaal in deze regio.'

'Staff was friendly and helpful. This quaint hotel is family- run and it a short walk to the beach.'

'Hele ruime kamer met keuken. Wel een stukje lopen naar strand en de Sea lion Cove. '

'Echt goed hotel op top locatie'

'Wonderful location, poor service old hotel. No senior management in sight'

'Great staff, beach and pool area. Always love staying here. Thank you!'

'Staff balcony 5 star All the way'

'They truly exceeded my expectations. The location is beautiful, offering direct views of the ocean. My first-floor room featured sliding doors opening onto a private deck area. The spacious outdoor area included a hot tub, pool, tables and chairs, lounge chairs, and more, all complemented by tall heaters for cooler mornings and evenings. The staff was helpful, friendly, and readily available. For anyone looking to stay along the Pacific Ocean in San Diego, I highly recommend this hotel.'

'Nice and friendly discovery'

'Clean, nice and great stay. '

'Goed ontvangen. Zacht en proper bed, maar toen we 's ochtends wakker werden zat er een heel grote kakkerlak op de muur. Vermoedelijk door het restaurant dat zich onder het hostel bevindt.'
