'The airport shuttle was prompt and the drivers were courteous and helpful. Front desk employee Jose Solorio was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The person who was checking me in immediately told me that even with a reservation, my room was not available! Jose stepped in, re-checked the computer and found a room for me immediately. Also told me the person who initially checked the computer was training. I was very relieved Jose was there to help me.'

'I was disappointed by the reception team during my recent stay. Despite arriving with heavy luggage, not a single staff member offered to help or even acknowledged the struggle. A hotel’s front desk sets the tone for the entire experience, and unfortunately this one felt indifferent to guests’ basic needs. I hope management addresses this, as a little attentiveness goes a long way in hospitality.'

'I was told My two queen bed was sold when I arrived around 5:00pm. I told the staffs that we have three adult how can we sleep in one king bed. He told me there was a couch inside the room. But there was only one king bed on it. We have to sleep in one bed for three adult. I canceled another booking that was for my returning trip. Room was clean and breakfast was great. There was no coffee maker and micowave in the room, even though the booking website indicated that such amenities were.'

'Great hotel to stay over a couple of days for business. Their housekeeping cleans once every 4 days. Otherwise the rooms are really clean and facilities are good.'

'we were pleasantly surprised. You could think Sterling Inn was just a traditional motor lodge, but everything looked brand new. Structure, furniture, linens, everything was sparkling. The host was friendly and funny. We even appreciated the small touch that the parking area had no curb up to the doors, making access for disabled folks and luggage easier.'

'New hotel, large modern room, clean, comfortable, ample parking space, excellent WiFi, super complementary breakfast , very friendly staff. We would stay there again…. Absolutely !'
