Set across two levels, this home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms. Two generous queen bedrooms are located downstairs and accessed via a spiral staircase – please note, this may not be suitable for young children. On the entrance level, you’ll find a third queen bedroom and a fourth bedroom that has been made into an office with a queen sofa bed. With two bathrooms - one featuring a bath - you’ll have comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

The expansive open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is filled with natural light and opens onto a large, full-width deck. This impressive outdoor space, accessible from both the kitchen and living area, features a BBQ, outdoor seating, and tranquil views of the surrounding bush - perfect for soaking up the peaceful atmosphere with a morning coffee or evening drink.

The home is set on a generous section with a large backyard framed by lush native bush that attracts abundant birdlife, creating a relaxing, nature-filled setting.

Just a 5-minute drive brings you to Titirangi Village, where you’ll find great cafes, galleries, and shops. Scenic walking trails in the Waitākere Ranges and the black sand beaches of Piha and Karekare are also within easy reach.
