Guests can enjoy complete quiet and privacy as the home is self-contained with its own access. An undercover carport provides off-street parking right outside your front door. Step inside to the bright open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The back door is situated next to the kitchen and opens out to a sun drenched deck and which is perfect for relaxing.

Your holiday rhythm will encompass walks around Madill's farm, only 100m away or coffee at Kohi cafe and walk along the beach, less than 1km down the road.

In winter it is beautifully sunny and warm. Perfect for a romantic treat or get-away! The space has been optimally designed for two people, with three still a comfortable stay. The living room contains a Queen Sofa bed that can be set up for an additional charge per guest. A portacot is available on request.

We use a professional linen service, and high quality cotton and linen bedding.

We follow the 5 step enhanced cleaning process which involves cleaning and sanitising right down to the doorknobs. Ecostore environmentally friendly cleaning and laundry products used in the house and paraben / SLS free hand soap / body wash available for guests.

The home is filled with everything you will need during your stay including a Smart TV, unlimited wifi, boardgames, a quality hair dryer, an electric blanket, wine glasses and other complimentary extras. There is a BBQ located in the private courtyard outside the house. Also some books and toys are available for your little ones (there is nothing like someone else's toys to give you some peaceful moments from your own children).
