' The inside of the apartment was dirty and full of dog hair. They had no way of recycling, the beds were itchy and full of dog hair. The sofa bed was nasty with dirt and dog hair. Having people above us was loud and pretty lame. Tons of earwigs and bugs. '

'We needed a place to stay while we visited our UNC students. This very cool downtown apartment close to campus was PERFECT! Even better than the pictures ! The space was very clean, bright, and comfortable. I loved the big windows and the balcony. The kitchen was better-stocked with dishes and utensils than most places we have stayed. The setup is perfect. We were so comfortable here! The hosts thought of everything! I was thankful for the designated parking spot. And the vibe of the coffee...

'Great neighborhood location. Clean, comfortable, nicely renovated buildings. Ours had four apartments - 2 upper and 2 lower. Easy walking distance (2-8 Blocks) to bars and restaurants, shopping, and Old Town area of Fort Collins. Lincoln Center performing arts theater is 2 blocks away. Proximity to bustling city means there is some road noise if the apartment fronts the street. (Ear plugs eliminated the noise for our second floor street-side apartment.) Highly recommended.'

'This was a perfect stay! The space was clean and comfy. The courtyard/flowers/plants were magical, and the location couldn’t be beat. I attended a conference at Colorado State University and it was super close. Wish I could have stayed longer!'
