'Good location in terms of walkability to the college and places to eat.
Found quite a few spiders through out the space in different rooms, and the sheets were dirty (brown stain on fitted sheet). Overall was clean otherwise.'

'The apartment itself was adorable. It was clean and well appointed. There were plenty of towels, bedding, and kitchen necessities. My only complaint was that the washer & dryer are not within the unit. The washer & dryer are coin operated and in the basement of the building (which was a little scary for women traveling alone). The VRBO “highlights” of the property stated that there is a washer & dryer. It isn’t until the bottom of the full length description that it mentions that it is coin...

'Lovely apartment which was comfortable and immaculate. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook in, however it was well stocked. Appliances were new and having a full size washer and dryer was great. The balcony had a beautiful view of the foothills. The host was awesome. Responded immediately to any questions we had. Very impressed with Susie! Would definitely stay here again.'
