'Overall, this was a great place to stay. A few of the minor advertised amenities were missing (such as laundry soap for the in-unit washing machine), but this did not really affect me. I would recommend putting a coffee maker in the unit and making sure things such as napkins, paper towels and garbage bags were stocked. I would definitely stay here again. '

'I was in town for an event at CSU. This place is roughly 2 miles from campus and 2 miles from Old Town, conveniently located. It was easy to get in/out and so close to everything. The space itself was fantastic. A separate bedroom, kitchen/eating area and a separate living room with an enormous amount of DVD's, books and board games. The room fans in the bedroom and living room were an added bonus! I will stay here again! Sarah was easy to get in touch with and made the check in/check out...

'I stayed here for about 9 days while waiting to move into a new place in foco during a gap between leases. Overall, I had a pretty negative experience here for a lot of reasons, and really regret staying here over other properties/hotels. 1- Pictures do not match the current state of the apartment. It is extremely cluttered. In the bedroom is a random desk with a computer monitor in the corner of the room, with a giant ugly dresser and armoire. You can barely walk around the bed. Not cute. 2-...
